Good Morning Lovelies!! Welcome to VSG with Brittaney. I am 33 years old and I have currently lost 70 pounds only three months after gastric sleeve (VSG) surgery!!! Holy cow that seems unreal but it is. I have been overweight since I got pregnant with my son Gaberiel and that was 14 years ago. As you, I tried allllll the fad diets and all the not so popular ones, but none seemed to work. Then, about 4 years ago I had a traumatic work experience, then COVID happened and several family members passed away and I turned to food every time.

Fast forward to June 2022. I contacted the Bariatric Center at Freeman. A few weeks later I found out my insurance approved the surgery and I started my bariatric journey.

This blog is my journey, I am no Dr or dietician. I am just someone that has experienced bariatric surgery and alllll the things that go with it. And I want to help as many people out as possible, because this is not an easy journey, rewarding but not easy.
